Concierge Primary Care Near Pendry Residences Tampa and the Downtown Riverwalk

Pendry Residences Tampa is a new 38-story tower rising on the Tampa Riverwalk in downtown Tampa. It sits on Ashley Drive between Whiting and Brorein streets, across from the Wells Fargo Center, with the Hillsborough River on its west side. Once it’s complete, the building will hold 190 condominium residences above a 218-room Pendry hotel, with restaurants opening onto the Riverwalk. It will be the Pendry brand’s first property in Florida.

The building is still under construction. Its vertical construction wrapped in October 2026, and it’s scheduled to open in 2027. No one lives there yet, and plans and timelines can change before it opens.

The neighborhood around it

The Pendry site fronts the Tampa Riverwalk. The path runs about 2.6 miles beside the Hillsborough River, from Armature Works in the north, past Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, to Sparkman Wharf on the Garrison Channel. People walk, run, bike, and scooter it at all hours, and it ties together museums, parks, restaurants, and offices.

Downtown has had full-time residents for years. A short walk north along Ashley Drive, the SkyPoint condominium tower was finished in 2007 across from Curtis Hixon Park, and its sister tower, Element, followed in 2009. The new building joins an established downtown residential community.
